EVENT INFORMATION FOR EVA’S BACK PATIO

Eva’s back patio is available for buyouts during service hours, seven days a week from 5pm-10pm.   The patio is a fully enclosed, heated/air conditioned dining space that can accommodate up to 32 guests on five tables.

Food:  Eva is a Mediterranean tapas-style restaurant so all dishes will be served family style and are meant to be shared.  For our buyouts, our manager will work with your host beforehand to create a personal menu for your event based on our current seasonal offerings.  Our tapas offerings can be viewed here:  https://www.evaslc.com/eat 
Our delicious desserts are prepared just up the street at our sister restaurant Eva’s Bakery, a French style bakery.

1st course:  Spanish Meatballs & Fried Cauliflower

2nd course: Fig and Pig Pizza & Togarashi Fried Chicken

3rd course: Eva's Steak & Spinach and Potato Gnocchi

Beverage: 
Eva has a full liquor license offering beer, wine and cocktails.  Our beverage offerings can be found here: https://www.evaslc.com/drink     We also offer mocktails, coke products, ginger beer, rose lemonade, coffee and tea.

Pricing: 
Sunday through Thursday: $2,000 F&B minimum    Friday and Saturday: $3,000 F&B minimum
Pricing includes all food and beverage.  If the minimum is not met through food and beverage, a room charge is added to make up the difference.  Pricing does not include tax and gratuity.
